Early childhood education profession

Early Learning Connection is a key action to help ease workforce pressures in the sector,
through collaborating for long-term, sustainable and system-wide changes.

Early Learning Connection is a key action in the ACT Government’s Workforce Strategy for Early Childhood Education and Care Profession.
The program is facilitated by Baringa to support the sector across the ACT.
